The room included a big television and many channels. I found this quite useful. The hotel's central position allowed easy access to the train station and various amenities. The staff was consistently helpful and attentive , I appreciate their assistance.
The noise levels from outside were significant, disturbing my sleep. It affected my overall comfort. I found it difficult to relax.

The location was very convenient, close to the bus station. There were also plenty of places to eat nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated VERY much. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of food.
My room was quite hot, even with the fan provided. The hallways and room felt dated. The walls had some stains, WHICH I didn't like. There were only two normal plug sockets in the room. This made it difficult to charge my phone and run the fan.

The room had a good size and provided all the facilities I needed for my stay. The location is really central, and its proximity to restaurants and shops is very convenient. The hotel has gone through refurbishment, and it is visible. There is even a telephone in the room.
The air conditioning did not work, and I was not told about it. Instead, fans were set up in the room to cool it. The vanity table was leaning forward at an angle, I thought this was concerning. The vending machines only accept cash.

The hotel is quite accessible from the train station. A short walk made my arrival simple. I found the room to be clean. Its size was ample. The team responded quickly when I requested extra towels. Their service was very efficient.
My room faced an interior space, thus it lacked natural light. It had no major impact on my stay.
